About My 100+50 Day Workout Challenge - Complete!

Last August for motivational purposes I started a workout and riding challenge. A motivational workout challenge is a structured program designed to boost your exercise routine and keep you engaged in fitness. It typically involves setting a goal, tracking progress, and implementing creative ways to overcome plateaus and stay motivated.

The challenge started on August 5th with the intent of completing 100 consecutive days of riding 10+ miles per day. That 100 day mark came and went and the goal then became 150 consecutive days.

Log:

August 5th, 2023 was the start of the 100 day challenge.

November 13th, 2023 was day 100 of consecutive rides (outdoor and indoor). Averaging 16.66 miles a day for 1,665 miles and 66,668 calories. Not sure of the next goal. Suppose January 2nd and 150 consecutive days.



January 2nd, 2024 was day 150 of consecutive rides (outdoor and indoor). Averaging 16.21 miles a day for 2,431.96 miles and 92,259 calories.

Not sure yet if I am going to take some time off or not. Over the holidays I did drop to 10 miles a day. Sort of thinking of going to the 6 month point.

Summary for 2023 was 5,250.35 miles in 450 workouts (rides and weights) for 224,979 calories.
